Specialty Transportation Services for the Disabled & Elderly

Transport Assistance, Incorporated was formed primarily with specialty transport services for adults with disabilities in mind. This focused business plan was based on the experiences of its founders and the needs of the community.

Transport Assistance has worked hand-in-hand with both the Ohio Dept. of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD) since its inception. The result is a team-based organization that is a state-certified provider for Medicaid Level 1, I/O, and self waiver-funded individuals with qualified staff and a commitment to dependability!

While we concentrate on our niche of transporting Greater Clevelanders with disabilities, we'd also welcome the opportunity to serve anyone with their transportation needs. Be it a one-time trip to a medical appointment, a daily fixed trip to and from a specific activity, or even an economic & reliable alternative for a special weekend event, we can help!

Our clean, late model vans are professionally maintained by Parma Car Care Specialists in Parma, one of the area's leaders in extensive fleet maintenance & repairs and are piloted by drivers who take pride in their ride!
